Hi everyone,
Here’s a short celebration post. Projectum has just been recognized by Microsoft as the number one Project and Portfolio partner of the year 2017!
Every now and then I might write about other products, such as Microsoft Planner, Microsoft Excel or Metro studio 5.0. This isn’t the core or The Project Corner but it sure is useful information if you are a Project Manager / Scheduler or consultant / Administrator. And it’s my goal to help you out and find the right tools for your current project or agile needs.
Take your time and read about the different products I’ve covered. And if there’s something missing about a product or if you think another product would be a nice addition to TPC, reach out to me in one of the comment sections in the posts.

This is a DIY post about creating The Project Online administrator links, a Promoted links list with a couple of the most used administrator actions for Project Online. I’ve created the administrator links in Project Online, but it can also be created in much the same way in PPM 2013 and 2016.

This post is a bit of topic for my frequent readers but I wanted to share some insights on my Windows 10 installation adventure, because I think more people will run into this. On the plus side: it all worked out in the end, and everything is awesome! Continue reading Windows 10, Cisco VPN and Surface tablets
I just got back from Germany and wanted to share a little bit of what I learned on a 3 day training with good friends and JSR partner TPG The Project Group.
Update: 23-10-2016. Although I no longer work at JSR, this is a nice reference case for the work I’ve done at the company. Please find more information about my new engagement here.
Hi there,
Welcome to the first post in a new series. In this series I take a close look at 3 Microsoft applications that help people in their Project Management efforts. As a consultant for Microsoft Project (Server) I come across the different maturity levels and I wanted to share my thoughts on the applications and their usefulness in different scenarios. Today I take a look at Microsoft Excel. Continue reading Best tools for project management: Microsoft Excel
This is the introductory post of a three part series. In it I will give my view on what (Microsoft) product matches your expectations on Project Management software. I will include my own experience and links to Microsoft pages or other blogs to give you a complete overview.
