Microsoft’s flagship product when it comes to Project and Portfolio Management is called Project Online. And if you aren’t in the cloud yet (you really should make an effort) there is also an “on-prem” version called Project Server. These products contain so much additional functionality when we compare it to the stand alone application Microsoft Project. Additional functionality such as Risk management, Portfolio prioritization, Shared resource pool, powerful company-wide project and resource overviews, App’s and Power BI reporting functionality.
